VISA PROCESS <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants have two options for obtaining a visa. We recommend applying for a tourist e-Visa via the following link: https:\/\/www.evisa.gov.et\/.<\/p>

The e-Visa will be delivered within 5 working days and costs 82 USD. For those unable to apply for a tourist visa, please ensure that you have registered for the conference using the link provided. We will coordinate with the African Union protocols to facilitate visa issuance upon arrival.<\/p>

Furthermore, participants are required to meet certain requirements:<\/p>

Passport Validity:<\/strong><\/p>

Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the return date of your trip. It is essential to comply with this requirement to avoid any complications during immigration.<\/p>

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate:
<\/strong><\/p>

In order to enter Ethiopia, you must present an international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever when you arrive at the airport.
This is required according to official travel rules (official website: https:\/\/wwwnc.cdc.gov\/travel\/yellowbook\/2024\/preparing\/yellow-fever-vaccine- malaria-prevention-by-country\/ethiopia ) if you are travelling from risk countries and also through confirmation with the government.<\/p>

Unless you have already received the yellow fever vaccine and are in possession of a valid certificate of proof, you must get the vaccine and get a certificate in order to travel. We strongly recommend that you obtain your vaccine now or at your very earliest, as it is highly
advised to receive it at least 10 days before travel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you are child participant under the age of 18 years, you need to confirm with your sponsoring organization, the guidelines and protocols to observe for your safe, travel and participation during the conference.
