      The African Union PANCOGEd2 will welcome more than 300 participants<\/strong> from Ministries of Education, skills development, Gender and social development; policy makers, development partners, UN Agencies, experts, donors, youth networks, traditional and religious leaders, and Civil Society actors at the intersections of gender, education and social protection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      In-person participants flying in are recommended to be in Bujumbura at the latest on 1st July the day before the Conference, and to stay through the end of the day on 4th July, the last day of the conference.\u00a0<\/p>

      If you are a participant sponsored by the African union CIEFFA, the team will liaise with you to arrange your participation. Your round-trip flight ticket, hotel accommodation, and DSA will be covered. Your Boarding passes will be collected by the African Union CIEFFA, kindly keep them well.<\/p>

      Participants sponsored by other partners will receive sponsorship following their internal rules. The sponsoring organisations will be in touch with you directly to provide more details on the sponsorship process and the required documents.\u00a0<\/p>

      \u00a0If you are a self-sponsored participant, you are expected to cover your visa fee, flight ticket, accommodation, and any other fees necessary for your participation (vaccinations, i.e. yellow fever).<\/p>
