Transportation to the hotel and the venue of the conference
Participants who are flying into Ethiopia will enter the territory through the International Bole Airport. (https://boleairport.com/)
The airport’s website has Flights and destinations available from Addis Ababa Bole International airport (https://www.avionio.com/en/airport/add/departures)
Hotels have regular Airport shuttle transport situated outside the airport by the parking lot available for transporting participants from the airport to the designated hotels, and back to the airport.
Conference bus services will operate from the following hotels to the conference venue and back to the hotels: Ramada Hotel, Best Western Premier Dynasty and Getfam Hotel. The buses will depart from the hotels at 7:00 AM every morning. To ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the conference venue, we kindly request that all participants be ready and present at the gate of the Hotels on time. Please note that the buses will not be able to return for any participants who miss the scheduled departure time.
