Accomodation
If you are a sponsored participant, you do not need to make your own hotel reservation. The organisation sponsoring your participation will book your accommodation.
Each organisation with sponsored participants should make sure to communicate the list of their participants with their arrival and departure date/hour to the hotel selected to host their guests
If you are a regular participant, we invite you to consider one of the hotels below.
Most rates, which have been negotiated for the conference, include breakfast, and some may include an airport shuttle, but please confirm with the selected hotel. When booking, make sure you notify them that you are coming to the conference so that you can be given the rooms at the discounted prices.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE AND TRANSPORTATION TO CONFERENCE VENUE
Participants who are flying to Burundi will enter the territory at the Melchior Ndadaye International Airport (BJM).
The airport’s website shows flights and destinations available from Bujumbura Melchior Ndadaye International Airport (https://www.avionio.com/en/airport/bjm/departures)
Hotels have regular Airport shuttle transport outside the airport, in the parking, transporting participants from the airport to the designated hotels, and back to the airport.
